Abstract
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Burgenland Viticulture Law 2001. In particular, the Law rewords article 4 laying down provisions relating to the delimitation of vine growing areas; adds article 4a on Vine yards; rewords article 15 concerning the enforcement of certain EU-directives; adds article 16 on Transitional provisions and article 17 on Entry into force, repeal.
