Abstract
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Cultivated Plants Protection Law (LGBl. No. 53/2001). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 2 concerning definition of terms; article 2 on harmful organisms; article 10 regarding costs of protective measures; and article 15 dealing with implementation of EU-guidelines.
