Law amending the Land Transaction Law.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Land Transaction Act (LGBl. No. 61/1993). In particular, it adds article 10a on Duty to implement environmental impact assessment; article 10b on Environment report; article 10c on the right of the public to take part in the proceedings and to make statements; article 10d on Transboundary effects; article 10e on Decision making; article 10f on Dissemination of the findings; article 10g on Regular monitoring; article 21 on Foreign plans and participation of the public; article 21a on Proceedings, and scrutiny of environmental impact assessment.
