Abstract
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Waste management Law (LGBl. No. 3/2008). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 2 on Definition of terms; article 3 on Proceedings; article 4 on Objectives and principles; article 5 on Waste management concepts; article 6 on Proceedings relating to the issuing of waste management concepts; article 6a on Modification of waste management concepts; article 10 on General requirements; article 12 on Collection and transfer of other waste; article 13 on Official control; and article 31 on Enforcement of European Union legislation.
