Law amending the Vienna National Park Law.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Vienna National Park Act (LBGBl. No. 37/1996). In particular, it adds the following articles: Monitoring of the environment (art. 8a); Environment report (art. 8b); Participation of the public, as well as of the Environment Ombudsman (art. 8c); Effects on the environment (8d); Decision making (8e) Publication of decisions (8f); Monitoring (8g). Furthermore, it adds Annex I on Information in connexion with the Environment Report; and Annex II on Environmental impact assessment.
