Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to animal materials not destined for human consumption. The Ordinance implements article 12 of the TSE Animal Material Act (BGBl. I Nr. 141/2003). The text consists of 10 articles as follows: Sphere of application, definition of terms (1); Compulsory removal and elimination (2); Compulsory transport, exceptions (3); Compulsory registration (4); Indirect removal (5); Compulsory conservation, requirements for container (6); Duty of society in general (7); Security measures (8); Fees (9); Entry into force, repeal (10).
