Abstract
The present Law implements the Federal Forestry Act 1975 (BGBl. No. 440/1975). The text consists of 24 articles divided into 7 Main Parts as follows: Division of forests (I); Zoning of the forest (II); Protection of forests against wind (III); Special provisions relating to forest fires (IV); Clearing of torrents (V); Forest protection entities (VI); Penalties (VII).
