Abstract
The present Ordinance implements article 7 of the Animal Health Act (BGBl. I No. 133/1999) and article 6 of the Fowl Pest Ordinance 2007 (BGBl. II Nr. 100/2007). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance fixes the amount of fees to be charged for official sampling and testing as well as for veterinary controls in poultry enterprises. The text consists of 2 articles.
