Abstract
This Regulation provides for various fee rates for the food safety control, examination and hygiene supervisory measures under the federal rules. Article 2 provides fee proportion for routine meat inspection, sampling of animal bodies, residue check and meat inspection as part of emergency slaughter outside the slaughterhouse. The text further refers to different categories of fees, record and documentation process by the inspectors. The text contains 9 Articles.
