Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements the Council Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment. It lists regions of Austria in which the immision of harmful substances into the air has exceeded repeatedly or for a longer period of time the threshold values established in the Immission Protection Act (BGBl. I No. 115/1997). The text consists of 2 articles.
