Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Health and Women introduces some amendments to the Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health and Women on the addition of artificial sweeteners to foodstuff (Artificial Sweeteners Ordinance) (BGBl. No. 547/1996). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 1 establishing that only those sweeteners shall be brought into circulations which are listed in the Annex. Moreover, the present Ordinance amends also Annex I and II.
