Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Biofuel Ordinance 2012. In particular, the Ordinance adds to article 2 the definition of the following terms: certification systems , control office , operating condition . Article 10 is amended by establishing that firms producing biofuels referring to the objectives set out in paragraphs 5 and 7 are obliged to ensure the complete demonstration of compliance with the sustainability criteria through the use of a mass balance system. Annexes I, II, VIII and X are replaced,
