Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Chemicals Ordinance 1999 (BGBl. II No. 81/2000). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 3 dealing with implementation of EU directives; article 13 concerning the circulation of hazardous substances; and article 26 on safety instructions in German. Furthermore, the Ordinance amends Annex B.
