Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Feedstuffs Ordinance 2000 (BGBl. II p. 93). In particular, it amends, inter alia, article 22 whereby entrepreneurs dealing with animal feed need an authorization before starting their activity. The text adds also an article 23a laying down provisions relating to the registration of agricultural firms producing animal feed need to be registered with the competent authority.
