Abstract
The amendments of the above-mentioned Ordinance (BGBl. 245/1995) concern, inter alia, replacement of article 4 on monitoring of sick wood. If the wood is rotten, it has to be treated at once at the destination place. The inspection of imported wood can be ordered by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry. A fee has to be paid by the owner of the wood.
