Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendment to the Mineral Waste Disposal Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 130/2010). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 1 concerning the implementation of EU-directives ; article 4 dealing with vocational training of personnel ; article 5 on harmful effects on human health.
