Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some minor amendments to the Fire-Blight Ordinance (LGBl. No. 33/2003) of 28 April 2003. In particular, the Ordinance amends paragraph 3 of article 3 as follows: “The production and planting of host plants specified in article 2 is prohibited”. To article 13 a paragraph 3 is added as follows: “The amendment of article 2 and 3 through the Law Gazette No. 74/2003 enters into force on 4 October 2003”.
