Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Packaging Differentiation Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 10/2015). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 5 establishing that the afore-mentioned Ordinance transposes the EU Guideline 94/62/EG on packaging and packaging waste of 31 December 1994.
