Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Products Ordinance 2011 (BGBl. II No. 233/2011). In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 1 on Delivery, acquisition and storage; article 11 on Authorization for private homes and garden areas.
