Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some substantial amendments to the Plant Protection Products Tariff 1 - 1998 (BGBl. II No. 136/1999. In particular articles 5 and 6, as well as the Annex are amended.
