Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some minor amendments to the Waste Disposal Ordinance (BGBl. No. II Nr. 395/2003). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 3 dealing with the implementation of Commission Directive (EU) 2015/2087 amending Annex II to Directive 2000/59/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on port reception facilities for ship-generated waste and cargo residues.
