Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Waste Incineration Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 389). In particular, the Ordinance adds article 13a on Registration; article 10a on Transitional provisions for statements concerning emissions; and Annex 7 on waste-input-output notification.
