Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Waste Incineration Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 389/2002). In particular, the following articles are added: Duties of waste producers (art. 5a); Requirements for waste to be incinerated in incineration plants (art. 6a); Recording and reporting duties concerning the incineration of waste (art. 11a); Alternative fuel (art. 18a); Transitional provisions on waste (art. 19a).
