Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces substantial amendments to the Waste List Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 570/2003). In particular, Annex 1, Part II, point 10 dealing with waste for biological use is amended; as well as Annex 4 concerning analysing methods, and Annex 5 entitled Waste List. Furthermore, articles 4, 5 and 7 are amended.
