Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Chlor Alkali Electrolysis Ordinance. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, Annex A on Emissions limitations pursuant to article 1 Requirements for discharges into a river. Moreover, an article 6 is added dealing with enforcement of the following EU-directives into Austrian legislation: Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control.
