Abstract
The ordinance outlines exceptions to the federal ban on open burning, allowing specific cases where such burning is necessary or traditional. It permits burning for cultural events (e.g., Easter or solstice fires), pest or disease control when no eco-friendly alternatives exist, and clearing of pastures in hard-to-reach alpine areas. Only untreated plant materials may be used, and strict safety measures must be followed to prevent hazards or nuisance to others. The text contains 4 Articles.
