Abstract
An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health, Sport and Consumer Protection to prescribe quality requirements in the marketing of different kinds of cocoa and chocolate products as defined at the outset. Article 2 lists the required controls to ensure the high quality of Austrian chocolate and chocolate products. Article 3 governs the identification and labelling requirements. The Ordinance consists of 3 articles.
