Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, the Environment and Water Resources on the import of hemp from third countries.

The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) of 22 October 2007. Article 2 establishes that "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of the Ordinance.
