Ordinance by the Governor on groundwater Plant Mehrerau in Bregenz.

An Ordinance to regulate the establishment of a protected zone around the water plant Mehrerau in Bregenz. Article 1 determines the protected zone around the water plant as marked in plan No. 310 deposited at the City Council of Bregenz. Article 2 lists the activities prohibited in that zone, such as the building or extension of industrial plants, the use of fertilizers and pesticides, the building of waste disposal plants, etc. Those responsible of an accident liable to pollute the groundwater have to report it at once. Finally, the penalties in case of violation are indicated. The Ordinance consists of 7 articles.
