Abstract
The present Ordinance is made under the Federal Water Rights Act 1959 (BGBl No. 215/1959), Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that exemption from authorization for discharge of urban (domestic) wastewater from sewage treatment plants into surface waters or into the ground according to article 33g, paragraph 1, of the afore-mentioned Federal Act shall be extended. Article 2 lists Ordinances and Regulations to which the present Ordinance is not applicable. The text consist of 2 articles.
