Abstract
An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources to implement the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organization of the market in wine. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 7 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Premiums for abandonment of vine growing on a particular areas (2); Distillation (3); Subsidies for the use of grape must (4); Subsidies for private storage (5); Resructuring and conversion of vineyard (6); Common provisions (7). Two Annexes are enclosed.
