Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, the Environment and Water Resources is to transpose into Austrian law the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of 17 December 2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products. Article 2 establishes that Agrarmarkt Austria shall be entrusted with the execution of the present Ordinance. Article 6 and 7 deal respectively with allocation of subsidies for pork meat and dairy products. The text consists of 8 sections.
