Abstract
An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health and Consumer Consumption on the correct storage and transportation of frozen food. In particular, the Ordinance sets out criteria to ensure the constant maintenance of the required temperature. Authorized measuring instruments are only those admitted in the EC countries. Degrees of temperature must be recorded over a period of time. Official controls of samples are to be carried out according to the procedures set out in Annexes 1 and 2. The Ordinance consists of 4 articles and 2 Annexes.
