An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry on plant varieties. On the basis of the Varieties Protection Act (BGBl. No. 108/1993), it is established that "related plant varieties" are wheat (triticum), triticum durum, spelt (triticum spelta), barley (hordeum), oat (avena sativa), rye (secale cereale), triticale. The Ordinance consists of 2 articles.
