The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Waste Management Plan (LGBl. No. 1/1993). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 1 on Waste domestic sources, article 2 on Collection and separation of domestic waste; article 3 on Other waste to be collected separately; article 4 on Service areas; article 5 on Location of public waste treatment facilities.
