Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Burgenland Wild Fauna and Flora Protection Ordinance 2001 (LGBl. No. 36). In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 2 concerning the special protection of nests and their location; article 6 on agricultural and forestry exploitation; and article 7 laying down provisions relating to the implementation of EU directives.
