Ordinance by the regional government of Burgenland amending the Wine Growing Ordinance.

The present Ordinance by the Regional Government of Burgenland amends the Wine Growing Ordinance of 14 May 2003 (LGBl. No. 25/2003). In particular, Annex 2 is replaced. This Annex contains a form to be filled in by wine growers and sent to the Wine Register of the local authority which shall indicate any change that has occurred in the growing of wine, such as clearing, acquisition of new land, transfer of the whole wine growing business, etc.
