Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Council Directive 2007/33/EC on the control of potato cyst nematodes and repealing Directive 69/465/EEC. The Ordinance lays down that the competent local authority carries out a number of controls. Moreover, whoever suspects the existence of the said disease must report it to the competent local authority. Article 5 specifies the measures to be adopted in case of a suspected potato disease. The text consists of 9 articles.
