Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Heating System Ordinance 2010 (LGBl. No. 36/2010). In particular, the Ordinance rewords, inter alia, article 21on Authorized fuels; article 33 on Quality assurances; article 35 Reference to federal legislation. Furthermore the Ordinance adds article 39 on Entry into force of amendments and transitional provisions.
