Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Protected Plant and Animal Species Ordinance (LGBl. No. 18/2001). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 6 dealing with banning certain hunting or killing methods. Moreover, articles 8 concerning entry into force is amended.
