Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Corn Rootworm Ordinance (LGBl. No. 11/2004). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 7 dealing with established areas being areas where the continuance of the corn rootworm is to be expected for the foreseeable future. Moreover, the Ordinance amends article 12 dealing with the marking of safety zones.
