Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Corn Rootworm Ordinance (LGBl. No. 11/2004). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 7 dealing with established areas which are areas where the continuance of the corn rootworm is to be expected for the foreseeable future; article 8 concerning regulations in such areas, and article 14 on entry into force.
