Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance on the classification of vine plants (LGBl. No. 96/2010). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 4 establishing that by the present Ordinance article 24 of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 on the common organisation of the market in wine shall be implemented.
