Abstract
An Ordinance to regulate the fight against the said potato disease; any suspicion of it must be reported to the Town Council. Once the disease has been officially declared, the Town Council has to declare an area up to 300 m as a safety area where the cultivation of potatoes is not allowed. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles.
