Abstract
An Ordinance to implement EU regulations Nos. 1251/1999, 2316/1999 and 2461/1999 on the granting of special payments for plant producers. The AMA ("Agrarmarkt Austria") is responsible for the enforcement of this Ordinance. Part 2 deals with requirements for receiving payments, and Part 3 lists details of application procedures. The Ordinance consists of 23 articles divided into 8 Parts.
