Abstract
The present Protocol between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government of the Republic of Austria amends the Agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic and the Government of the Republic of Austria to Settle Issues of Common Interest in Connection with Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection. In particular, the Protocol replaces article 1 to 6 and article 8 and article 13, paragraph 2. Section 1 establishes that the title of the Agreement shall be changed as follows: “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Austria and the Government of the Czech Republic to settle Issues of Common Interest in connection with Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection”. The text consists of 11 sections.
