Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2006/118/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of groundwater against pollution and deterioration of 12 December 2006. The purpose of the Ordinance is to assess the sound state of groundwater. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows:General provisions (1); Assessment of the sound chemical state of groundwaters (2); Measures to protect groundwater (3); Final provisions (4). Three Annexes are enclosed.
