Regional Constitutional Law on principles of environment protection.

An Act outlining the principles to be applied by the authorities to safeguard the environment. Soil, water and air are to be protected and are to be used sparingly; damage to the environment must be made good, indigenous species and plants are to be safeguarded in their variety; the beauty of the Carinthian landscape is to be protected, motorways are to be planned accordingly, refuse and waste water are to be disposed of favourably to the environment, harmful noise is to be controlled. The Act consists of 3 articles.
