Abstract
The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products. In particular, article 2 establishes that for the period August 2015 to July 2016 an additional subsidy for school milk shall be granted. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Additional school milk subsidy (2); Maximum prices (3); Entry into force (4).
