Abstract
The law establishes a legal framework for the prevention, early detection, control, and eradication of invasive non-native plants and animals that threaten local ecosystems. It assigns responsibilities to various authorities, including the state government and district administrative offices, and authorizes them to issue regulations and emergency measures for managing invasive species of national or regional significance. The law also allows involving hunters, fishery and forest officials, property owners, and other stakeholders in executing these control measures, granting them access to private lands when necessary. It includes penalties for violations of restrictions and measures related to invasive species. The text consists of 7 Articles.
